I hadn’t heard much about this show coming in. I knew that Tiffany, Stacey’s roommate, was in it… and because of that I wanted to go. Talking to Tiffany a bit, she let me know that the rest of the cast is incredibly talented — but knowing the kind of theatrical snob I am (see my review for “Masterpieces”), I was a bit skeptical.

Well, let me say that the cast of When You Comin’ Back, Red Ryder not only met, but far exceeded my expectations. Despite the fact that this is a dark comedy, and its extremely fucked up (and as a result, easily could disconnect with its audience), I remained involved throughout. The show was great, a truly amazing performance by a group of young actors… it’s hard to believe that they’ll be able to get better through time. Amazing.

Side note… I want to be Scott Peterson.
