“The Producers” 1st American Trailer

A-ma-zing.

I can’t believe I’m typing this, but… I actually enjoyed Fever Pitch. This scares me, because I had the movie tagged as a complete piece of crap before I had ever seen it. Not that that’s ridiculous to do… the movie combines three of my least favorite things in the entire world (Drew Barrymore’s acting, the Boston Red Sox, and Jimmy Fallon)… but it made it all the more incredible that I actually enjoyed myself for the hour-and-a-half of my life that I sat in front of my television screen.

My hat is off to the Farrelly brothers, who never seem to fail when at the helm, unless you count Stuck on You… or Shallow Hal… hell, or Osmosis Jones. Okay, so they’ve screwed up a couple of times. But, you know what? There’s Something About Mary was good. Just as Mary was a good film, so is Fever Pitch… and, as I stated before, my hat is off to the brothers Farrelly for holding toghether a picture with two so-so actors and a script that was so terribly bastardized from its source material. Additionally, they were able to do so without adding their signature ‘gross-out’ jokes (see Mary and Me, Myself, & Irene, if necessary).

Also, congrats to Jimmy Fallon for not laughing at the camera during every scene.

So, in short, check out Fever Pitch if you get the chance. It’s good stuff, folks!

I hate growing out facial hair.

Personally, I hate doing it because I have a few ‘bald spots’ on my face — areas that grow so little hair that it doesn’t look like any grows there at all.

Additionally, I hate it because it starts to get itchy after a while, which can be rather painful.

I’m currently in the itchy stage.
